Was on hold for two 30 minute sessions (the first time call was dropped) and tried the e-mail support request on their website - after a week I'm still waiting for a reply. Customer support is important to me, but obviously not to Sentry. Trashing this safe and getting one from a company that doesn't disrespect their customers.
