Contacted Sentry Customer Care/Service. Installed new batteries as specified by them.

Taken through removal of keypad, checking wire connections, using mallet to tap pressure points as instructed. Nothing worked. Finally instructed to call lock smith as there was nothing else they could do. All important documents, i.e., passports, property deeds, birth certificates etc.

in safe. Locksmith fees quoted at 95.00 to come out and 80.00 per after thereafter and the promise that the safe will be destroyed and told by the locksmith these safes are junk. Was the safe worth what was paid for it?

No!!!! Never ever will I purchase a Sentry Safe again!
