Bought a safe 3-4 years ago. The handle is not working we have the right code, the batteries are full.

Have to pay 25 ++ because THEIR safe broke. Our passeports are in the safe we are leaving on May 1st. Not sure their 25$ key will get here before. WORST people I have ever deal with, they DO NOT care about customers.

STAY AWAY. Tried contacting lock smith 600$ to open the safe, which is double the price of the safe itself. I am telling you and I will tell as much people as I can. STAY AWAY.

They have no pitty for you, they do NOT try to help (like offering express shipping or whatever).

It's their product and THEY CANNOT fix it. They will NOT refund the 25 event though its THEIR fault.
